In order to ensure quality of services being provided in the RCH camps being held at CHC/PHC across the state, monitoring of these camps on quality issues was initiated by SIFPSA. For the purpose of standardization, formats/ checklist for monitoring were developed and approved by DGFW. These formats/checklist were circulated to 70 districts for monitoring of camps held in the financial year 2007-08, 2008-09 and 2009-10 as well. The monitoring reports of SIFPSA officer were compiled and midterm and endterm analysis was done. The midterm report findings were shared with Additional Directors and DGFW and endline evaluation were shared with DGFW, Addl. Directors’s and CMOs.
