Objectives
The Library / Resource Centre functions with following objectives :
	To provide information/data historical as well current to the policy makers ie. top management who are responsible for decision making.
	To support with the information to the Managers, Programme Officers and support staff to manage their activities efficiently.
	To meet the recreational needs of the officers/staff with light reading material.
