Mr. Alok Kumar is an Indian Administrative Services officer of 1998 batch and has rich experience across wide spectrum of administration. Apart from being Executive Director, SIFPSA and Mission Director, National Health Mission , he is also Secretary,Medical Health & Family Welfare,UP and Project Director, UPSACS. He has done B. Tech(Gold medalist) from IIT Kanpur in 1994. He has also done Master of Sciences in Public Services Policy and management from King's College, London, United Kingdom, in 2013-14.

Mr. BK Jain is the head of IT, Business Development and Research and Evaluation Divisions in SIFPSA and has a vast experience of 31 years in advising the State and National Governments in building IT infrastructure, system administration, designing and implementing client-server software applications, web based reporting systems, capacity building in implementation of IT applications, conducting research and evaluation studies in health sector.

He has led teams that have successfully rolled out facility based HMIS, MCTS, JSY Beneficiary tracking portals all across the state of Uttar Pradesh, strengthening the M&E framework in the health sector. His key areas of expertise are Health systems strengthening, Public health policy, program planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation in the fields RMNCH+A, health technology, MIS, advocacy and partnership.

Dr. Aruna Narain possesses degree of MD (Paediatrics) and has worked as Consultant-Paediatrician in various hospitals of the State during 1984-1995. She has also done MCH course from Liver Pool, UK and MBA in Human Resource Management.

She has got vast experience of working as Programme Officer, planner and implementer under RCH-1, RCH-II and NRHM at Directorate of Family Welfare from 1995-2007. She worked as General Manager in State Project Management Unit-NRHM from 2008 to 2015 in the areas of Planning, Child Health, Maternal Health & Adolescent Health. Now she has joined SIFPSA from December, 2015 as Senior Advisor-RMNCH+A.

Dr Monica Tripathi is a public health expert and has a vast experience of working in the areas of maternal & child health, family planning, public private partnerships (PPP), mother & child health tracking system (MCTS), non communicable diseases (NCD), supply chain systems etcetera.

She is a medical doctor and possesses an MD degree in Community Medicine. After having worked with various International agencies for last 9 years, she joined SIFPSA in Dec 2015 in the capacity of deputy general manager, leading the program in non communicable diseases and clinical trainings in the private sector.

Mr. Sanjoy Sengupta is presently working as General Manager (Training and Skill Development) in SIFPSA. A post graduate and done PGDMRCH and PG diploma in Industrial hygiene. Has over 26 years of experience in the health sector. Has expertise in public policy work, District Action Plan, preparation of project proposal and implementation, Project Appraisal, Monitoring & Evaluation of Public & Private Sector projects, including Administrative & Financial management, sustainable development, RCH and various training programmes on Health and Capacity building of stakeholders.

Has expertise on Human Resource Management and has additional charge of National Health Mission as Head Human Resource. His rich experience includes policy issues as well as at the grassroots on Health.

Ms. Maya Upreti Mishra, a social anthropologist by qualification, possesses a rich experience of 32 years in social research and training in the field of maternal & child health and family planning. Having gained an expertise in developing health modules, she has contributed significantly towards capacity building of NHM field cadres of BPM and DCPM and works in close coordination with other health partners of the state. She is currently working in the capacity of deputy general manager in the research, evaluation, management information division of SIFPSA. She is also an active member of the PCPNDT state cell.

Mr. Rajesh Bangia is currently spearheading functions as Dy. General Manager (Projects) SIFPSA. He has been entrusted with leading 18 Project Management Units at Divisional Level for the State of Uttar Pradesh. He has more than 22 years of experience & is accountable for planning of innovative activities, budgeting of programmes, getting plans/projects implemented through SIFPSA's divisional PMUs for NHM and State of UP. He is handling innovative projects which include Hausala Sajheedari, Family Planning web site, District working groups and Merry Gold Health Network. He has been instrumental in designing the Public Private Partnership Urban Projects of UP – Voucher Scheme in KAVAL towns viz. Kanpur, Varanasi, Agra and Lucknow districts of UP.

He was involved in imparting trainings to Youth (Animators and Volunteers) and has trained Programme Officers, Child Development Project Officers (CDPOs) and Supervisor of ICDS in "Health for all and Education for All" programme of UNICEF. He has also contributed as a core team member of Mobile advocacy team for Pre-School Education and worked for under-privileged sections of the society.

Mr. Devesh Chandra Tripathi leads the Research, Evaluation and Management Information division in SIFPSA. He has over thirty years of unique experience of working with both government and non-governmental organizations as a development professional. Going beyond the call of duty, he also worked for more than eight years for the NHM as State Nursing Nodal Officer and HOD/DGM Training at SPMU in UP.

His qualifications include a Master’s degree in Rural Development and PG Diploma in Management of RCH Programs. He also has a rich experience of participating in an Executive Program on Health System Decentralization by Harvard School of Public Health- Boston, Management Program for the State Health Professionals by IIM, Lucknow and Strengthening Leadership Development for Public Health professionals by XLRI, Jamshedpur etc.

He has received several accolades for his outstanding performances including “first prize for implementation of Quality Assurance for Certificate Course in Community Health” by Govt. of India, “Certificate of excellence” by Executive Director SIFPSA, “Certificate of appreciation” by MD-NHM, UP and many more. Being part of technical committee in NHM, he also facilitated development of ANM & Staff Nurse induction training module. He also has to his credit a research study on the delivery mechanism of institutional credit to rural poor through NGOs in Bangladesh and Indonesia.

Ms. Rita Banerjee has 25 years of experience in social development area working on health issues like RCH, family planning, PCPNDT , gender etc with eligible couples, mother, child and adolescent. She has done Masters in Social Work. As a state trainer, she has wide experience of developing module and doing capacity building of non-medicos like adolescents, Pradhans, Village Health Sanitation and Nutrition Committee members and front line worker like AnganWadi Worker, ASHAs, ASHA Sanginis and ANMs.

Ms. Savita Chauhan is currently looking after overall Programme management, planning, guiding Implementation and supervision of 'Sehat Sandesh Wahini' (mobile Van) community awareness IEC program for RMNCH+A interventions under NHM. Managing large statewide IEC campaign-'Chalo Gao Ki Ore' consisting of Radio Drama series and folk shows.

She has done Post graduation in Foods & Nutrition from G.B.Pant University Of Ag. & Tech., Pantnagar (Nainital). Her area of expertise includes Program Management, Planning, Implementation and monitoring of RCH projects especially through Pvt. Sector involvement like- NGOs, Dairy cooperative sector & corporate sector. She has also contributed significantly in managing PPP initiatives like Social Franchising program in health, Voucher scheme and Social marketing programs apart from having extensive experience of using NGOs and dairy cooperative network for promoting FP and RCH services. Ms. Chauhan has vast work experience of over 28 years in Family Planning, maternal health and development sector.

Ms. Shaheen Khan is working in the field of Social Development for more than 18 years and has a vast experience of working in the areas of program management, strategy formulation, networking with Government and non-Governmental agencies, Public Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives. Her key contributions are in Operationalization of 108 Emergency Medical Transport Services (EMTS)-Samajwadi Swasthya Seva, 102 National Ambulance Service, Operationalization of Mobile Medical Units (MMUs), Private Sector Participation in Management of Diagnostic Services, NGO projects for promoting Family Planning and Maternal & Child Health care services.

Operationalization of the ICT initiative "mSehat", an integrated e-service delivery platform aimed at improving the frontline health workers performance through effective planning, management and execution of their day-to-day work and strengthen MCTS in Uttar Pradesh. She is currently working in the capacity of Deputy General Manager (Projects). As Academic and Professional Qualification she holds Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with specialization in Women and Child Development, PG Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and Advance certificate in PC application- NIIT.

Mr. H C Joshi has been contributing in the field of finance and accounts management for more than 26 years. Additionally, he also has, in his credit, four years of experience in World Bank aided project including development of finance management system and preparation of concept document of project. He was also instrumental in preparation of Transition Plan of SIFPSA.

Dr. Rinku Srivastava leads the clinical family planning trainings and systems strengthening programs in SIFPSA along with supporting business development initiatives of the organization. She is a medical doctor and holds a Masters degree in public health, having specialized in maternal, child health, hospital and health management.

Having worked with various International public health organizations, she has an experience of over 20 years as a clinician, with an expertise in programme management, clinical training, research and policy formulation in the field of reproductive, maternal, newborn and child health. She has a keen interest in developing and disseminating knowledge on evidence-informed policies and programs to improve MNCH in the state.
